Step One
Far East Chrome Ventures Limited will act for clients in the procurement of debt financing for the client's business operation. Our company has experience in judging financing alternatives that may best suit each specific funding prerequisite while seeking out the best set of terms and conditions to reduce the cost of raising capital and maximize funding flexibility.
Step Two
Prior to commitment, Far East Chrome Ventures Limited and the potential client develop the funding necessity and the desired structure for the financing. Together we create a "Term Sheet" which sets forth the likely rates, terms, and conditions associated with the potential funding.
Step Three
Upon commitment, the client pays a nominal fee to compensate Far East Chrome Ventures Limited for creating the "Financing Memorandum". This record is used to converse with lender prospects about the borrower and includes items of background and financial data that lenders will need to evaluate the loan.
Step Four
Each financing requirement is thoroughly reviewed in line with the client's business plan so that a funding structure is created that works. The Financing Memorandum establishes the raison d'être why the lender should extend financing, and highlights tangible and intangible values inherent in the client's business. After pre-qualifying possible lenders, a finite group makes proposals to the client. The client is then able to choose the most appropriate option.
This system permits the client to get the best terms available on the open market while concentrating their efforts on other equally significant business matters. Our fee is negotiated to be a percentage of the financing attained for the client. Far East Chrome Ventures Limited earns its fee only when it gets results acceptable to the client.
