Pu (Paul) Kong

Chief Executive Officer

Paul is a passionate dealmaker and company builder with over two decades investment experience. He has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies and has been instrumental to the success of Far East Chrome Ventures Limited’s real estate portfolio companies.
Paul was educated at the University of Miami.

Ellis Harris-Smith

Chief Operating Officer

Prior to the founding of Far East Chrome Ventures Limited Ellis held senior positions with several private equity and venture capital firms including Citigroup in New York. During his tenure in the private equity and venture capital business he gained extensive experience assisting entrepreneurs and managers to shape their vision and capital plans into successful long term growth programs which typically involve an aggressive acquisition and financing strategy.
Ellis received his Business Degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto Canada.

Jeremy Phelan

Prior to joining Far East Chrome Ventures Limited Jeremy was with Citigroup in New York as Vice President Compliance Department.
Jeremy is a director of Far East Chrome Ventures Limited and a part owner. He is self educated and holds various American Securities Degrees.

Prior to joining Far East Chrome Ventures Limited Micheal was with the China Construction Bank Escrow Office in Shanghai for seven years.
Michael is a director of Far East Chrome Ventures Limited and was educated in South Africa at the University of Cape Town.
